Trouble opening a workspace?
Which account is selected? The account panel at the top shows the name and email verified for this portal. Select “Switch account” there to choose a different Google account before opening either form.
Google is using a different account in a form? Your Google sessions can differ between sites. Open this portal in a private or incognito window and sign in only with your authorized staff account.
Asked to request access? Signing in to this portal does not grant administrator permissions. Your account still needs access to each form.
Signing out? “Sign out” clears this portal’s session. Your Google account stays signed in to other Google services.
